Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CRNA Metrics website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

CRNA Metrics operates a crowdsourced compensation and contract intelligence database for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). The Service allows users to submit pay, contract, and practice-related data and, in return, access aggregated insights derived from the collective submissions of all participants. This is a give-to-get model: contributing your data is what unlocks access to the community dataset.

3. User Submissions

When you submit data through our forms, you represent and agree that:

  • The information you provide (including email address, state, facility name, care model, compensation rates, and any additional notes) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have the right to share the information you submit and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality agreement, employment contract, or other legal obligation.
  • By submitting data, you grant CRNA Metrics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, aggregate, and display that data in de-identified form as part of the Service.
  • Your submitted data may be stored and processed using third-party services, including Airtable and Vercel, in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Use and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Data submitted to CRNA Metrics is used only to generate aggregated, de-identified insights. We do not sell individual submission data to third parties.

If you would like your data removed from our system, you may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@crnametrics.com. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

CRNA Metrics relies entirely on crowdsourced, self-reported data. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any submission. The aggregated insights and compensation data presented through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for employment, contract, or financial decisions. You acknowledge that the data may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect current market conditions, and may vary significantly by region, facility, and individual circumstance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated data.
  • Attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Service.
  • Use the Service to identify, contact, or target individual CRNAs or facilities in a manner that is harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts, crawlers) to interact with the Service without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology comprising the CRNA Metrics Service -- including but not limited to the website design, logos, aggregated data presentations, and written content -- are the property of CRNA Metrics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRNA Metrics, its founders, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for:

  • Decisions made based on data or insights obtained through the Service.
  • Loss of income, contracts, or employment opportunities.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in crowdsourced data.
  • Service interruptions or data loss.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRNA Metrics and its founders, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

CRNA Metrics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including data licenses, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
