CRNA Metrics ("we," "us," or "our") is built by practicing CRNAs in Michigan. We created this platform to help fellow Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists make better-informed compensation decisions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
What We Collect
When you submit the compensation form on our site, we collect the following:
- Email address
- State where you practice
- Facility name
- Care model (e.g., independent, supervised, medically directed)
- Compensation details: W2 salary, 1099 rate, contingent/locum hourly rate, call pay, and overtime rate
- Optional notes about your contract or position
How We Use Your Data
Your submission is used exclusively in aggregated, de-identified analyses. This means your individual data is never displayed publicly or shared in a way that identifies you. Our goal is to produce compensation insights broken down by state, facility type, care model, and contract structure so that CRNAs can benchmark offers and negotiate from a position of knowledge.
Data Storage
Form submissions are stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database platform. Access to the data is restricted to the CRNA Metrics team. We do not store payment information or passwords, and we use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission.
Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with recruiters, staffing agencies, employers, or any third-party marketers. The only third-party services that interact with your data are:
- Airtable — for secure storage of form submissions
- Vercel — for website hosting and deployment
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies for tracking. It collects anonymous, aggregated data such as page views and visitor counts. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Cookies
CRNA Metrics does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or user tracking. Any cookies present are limited to what Vercel's infrastructure may require for basic site functionality.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted. To make a request, email us at contact@crnametrics.com . We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
