CRNA pay has climbed, but real numbers are fragmented across states, facilities, and contract types. Hospitals and staffing firms negotiate with robust benchmark data. Most CRNAs do not. We built CRNA Metrics to close that gap — a shared, continuously updated view of what peers actually earn.
The Problem
Compensation data for CRNAs is scattered and unreliable. National surveys run once every few years and report vague "average salary" ranges that don't reflect the real picture — W2 vs 1099 rates, call pay structures, care team vs solo models, or the wide variation between facilities even within the same state.
Meanwhile, the organizations CRNAs negotiate with have detailed internal benchmarks. That information asymmetry costs clinicians real money on every contract and every negotiation. CRNA Metrics exists to level the playing field.

We are a team of practicing CRNAs in Michigan who saw the same problem our colleagues face across the country — walking into negotiations without real data on what peers actually earn.
